Next I'll ask you to fill out my questionnaire, ensuring I have all the necessary details to provide the best possible support for your child's sleep journey.
Step 3: Custom Sleep Plan
Based on the information I gained from our call and the questionnaire, I craft a sleep plan uniquely for your family, to help you build healthy sleep habits.
Step 4: Custom Support
Then for two weeks, we will work closely together to track progress and to make any necessary adjustments based on your feedback and evolving needs.
